AmCham membership is open to American companies and their affiliates doing business in Côte d'Ivoire. Membership is also open to Ivorian private sector organizations engaging in business with the U.S. or with other ties to the U.S. (through clients, partnerships etc.)

On the AmCham calendar, select events are reserved for members only. However, there are other events that are open to the public. Details on this regarding each event will be communicated beforehand.

No. Select events in the year are free, however, AmCham charges a small cover charge for members for those events which have a fee.

No, as memberships are for organizations, any member of staff from a member organization may attend the forums.

No. Members may bring as many guests to an event as they wish, but the guests must pay the specified event fee.

Please note that non-members may attend a maximum of 3 AmCham events per year, after which they will be required to register as a member themselves.

While walk-in registration is possible for limited events, we recommend registering prior to the event as we may have to turn attendees away if the event is full. Registration details for all AmCham events are communicated in advance.

About AmCham

AmCham is a non-profit organization that works closely but independently of the U.S. Embassy in Côte d'Ivoire.  We work closely with officials from the U.S. Embassy – including the U.S. Ambassador and Deputy Chief of Mission – on jointly sponsored events and programs that promote American business in Côte d'Ivoire and strengthen the longstanding ties between our two countries.
